Planned inquiry data
The V1 contact workflow is intended to request only the information needed to respond to a trade inquiry, such as a name, company, work contact details, product or SKU reference and message.
Retention and service providers
The retention period for inquiry records requires business and legal approval before launch. The application can anonymize eligible closed requests and clear diagnostic mail logs after that policy is approved. The final policy must also identify relevant hosting, email, spam-protection and security providers before production indexing is enabled.
